he Moroccan Association of Heat (AMT) and the Faculty of Science and Technology organized the first Settat
Congress of the Moroccan Association of Heat 6 & 7 May 2010, at the Faculty of Technical Sciences
Settat, Morocco, under the theme “Renewable energy in Morocco: Situation and Prospects.”
This event aims at stimulating scientific exchange between national experts in thermal sciences.
Its specific objective the development of relations between different actors in thermal sciences:
researchers, teachers and professionnels.Ceci will certainly encourage collaboration between these actors, particularly
between university laboratories and professionnels.Sans forget the collaboration between national researchers
and North African and international counterparts. This conference as part of an optical window on the world.
For its theme, the first Congress of the Moroccan Association of Thermal AMT’2010, wants a special forum
exchange on the present and the future of the sector of renewable energy in our country and this in line
of the national energy defined in the foundations of Energy and National Plan of Solar Energy.
